Our history
Elevate Avenue was founded in 2024 by a one-woman powerhouse with a big vision: to help small businesses operate with the clarity, strategy, and systems of larger companies—without the corporate overwhelm.
As a Black woman with a background in project management, marketing, and creative services, I saw firsthand how many entrepreneurs were juggling everything behind the scenes—often without the tools, structure, or support they deserved. I launched Elevate Avenue to change that.
What started as a side hustle quickly evolved into a consulting studio focused on helping purpose-driven businesses bring their visions to life—with smooth operations, strong marketing, and support that actually listens. I’m here to make your back-end as powerful as your big ideas.

Hi! I’m Tatyana, founder of Elevate Avenue and your go-to partner for all things project management, marketing, and business operations.
I launched this consulting studio to help small businesses thrive—with the structure, strategy, and support typically reserved for bigger companies. As someone who loves to shop local and believes in community-driven growth, it lights me up to help purpose-driven entrepreneurs create clarity behind the scenes.
Before Elevate Avenue, I served in the Army National Guard as a 68J Medical Logistician—an experience that shaped my leadership, adaptability, and workflow mindset. Now based in Sodus, NY, I bring that same operational excellence into every client relationship.
When I’m not streamlining Asana boards or launching content strategies, you’ll find me traveling, enjoying a slow morning routine, or grounding my weekends with intention and self-care.
